4. Shipping

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only.

Italian Light Zone is not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Weather
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment has been handed to the shipping carrier.

5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

9. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect the shipment immediately after delivery.

Any shipping damage, missing parts, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours with photographs of:

Product
Packaging
Shipping label

Failure to notify us within this period may affect our ability to process the claim.

10. Fraud Prevention

Request identity verification.
Cancel suspicious transactions.
Refuse service where fraud is suspected.

11. Limitation of Liability
